The office of Research, innovations and commercialization plays a pivotal role in advaning research, innovation and commercialization at The Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur. It serves as a bridge between the university and society by promoting vibrant research culture and strengthen collaboration with academia, industry and the wider community. ORIC was established to facilitate and support students and faculty members in undertaking high quality research activities at both national and international levels. It also disseminates updated information on research opportunities, and emerging trends, enabling students and faculty to remain informed about the evolving research culture.

- To Develop, expend, enhance and manage the university research programs and to link research activities directly to the educational, social and economic priorities of the University.
- The ORIC is also responsible for assuring that the quality of research reflects the highest international standards and advances the Stature of the University.
