Grading Plan

A = 87-100 (4.0 GPA)
B = 72-86 (3.0 - 3.9 GPA)
C = 60-71 (2.0 - 2.9 GPA)
F = Below 60

GPA & CGPA Rules

GPA and CGPA are calculated based on courses per semester
Minimum GPA for degree = 2.0
Minimum GPA for promotion = 1.33
No makeup exam is allowed

Promotion Rules

Fail in 4 courses = Term Back
3 consecutive probations = removed from university
Students below 1.33 GPA may be restored with application

Attendance

75% attendance required for exams

Summer Semester

Rs.8000 per course for failure/improvement
