Dr. Nadir Hussain Bhayo is the Head of Department/Incharge Chairman at the Department of Teacher Education, The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur, Sindh, Pakistan. He is an approved research supervisor for M.Phil. and Ph.D. by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and holds a Ph.D. in Education from China. He is a committed educationist, researcher, and academic leader with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and educational management. His expertise includes educational leadership, teacher education, curriculum development, and research methodology. He has extensive experience working on major international and national projects funded by organizations such as the World Bank, European Union, UNDP, and USAID. He has also served as a reviewer for international journals and as an external examiner for M.Phil. and Ph.D. theses in Pakistan. His research interests focus on educational leadership and management, comparative education, teacher education, curriculum and assessment, and quality improvement in education. He has published widely in national and international journals and actively participates in academic conferences, workshops, and research collaborations.
